As a Sr. Web Analyst you will be a key part of our client's Payments and eBusiness group of more than 40 professionals, using the latest and greatest analytics tools to drive and inform innovation across our Web, social and mobile channels through analytics.They are looking for person that is passionate about measuring and garnering insight through data to help to guide the organization to create outstanding user experiences that lead to sales, usage and engagement.You will be integral in setting and managing processes to ensure data integrity and effectiveness.You will be responsible for exploring complex data sets and making recommendations for marketing's strategies and or site design changes. You will present your observations and recommendations to partners internally and externally and at all levels of the organization.Your responsibilities include:- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and the customer journey, funnel analysis- Design test and learn plan to measure the performance of new pages/features/marketing- Provide analysis of our web properties, including e-marketing performance, utilizing multiple data sources.- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners based on business goals- Create, refine and document web analytics processes such as campaign tagging, data classification and dashboard creation- Direct external consultants in the creation of reporting and measurement solutionsYou will report to the Product Group Manager.Your core hours will be 8 - 5, Monday through Friday. Your workload will vary based on demand and priorities and will be both tactical and strategic in nature.In your role, you will need to be highly analytical, a self-starter and leader, able to articulate and convert data into meaningful, actionable insights. All the while, you'll enjoy opportunities to learn and grow in your field and interact with and help guide online user experience.The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:- 5-7 years web analytics experience, preferably with management experience.- Experience with WebTrends or Adobe Omniture a plus.- Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) with a concentration in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Business (quantitative analysis), or a related area.- Demonstrate knowledge of Web marketing, including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, MVT and/or display.- Demonstrated project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques is a plus- Strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner.- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving environment.- Strong analytical mindset- Mobile analytics experience a plus.- Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving and synthesizing the data strategy across multiple applications and channels (i.e. social, Web, Authenticated, Unauthenticated, etc.) Jeff
