We are currently seeking to fill the role of HR Manager. This individual acts as a strategic business partner by working closely with the Physician Shareholders, Directors, Office Managers, and employees to provide leadership across all human resources functions, and to help with the successful achievement of both practice goals and employee satisfaction.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Helps the Practice evaluate, choose, and implement health and wellness benefits.
• Leads the recruitment efforts for all personnel.
• Responsible for new hire on-boarding and assimilation.
• Maintains compliant HR records.
• Handles employee relation issues, workplace investigations, counseling/coaching, terminations, and exit interviewing.
• Prepares and submit DOL documentation (unemployment claims, etc.), employment verifications, workers compensation claims, and authorized reference checks.
• Responsible for FMLA coordination.
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures Practice’s compliance with Federal and State labor regulations and laws.
• Recommends and implements new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual practice and personnel related improvements.
• Analyzes, updates, and implements compensation program.
• Creates, monitors, and administers processes relating to performance management, evaluations and employee development.
• Works with Directors and Office Managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
• Uses HR expertise to advise leadership on personnel decisions including hiring, terminations, and promotions.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with 5+ years of experience in HR or Masters Degree with 3+ years of experience in HR or equivalent experience.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Strong leadership skills and experience influencing others.
• Proven ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, within managerial/leadership and non-managerial employee groups.
• Must be self directed, proactive, flexible and adaptable with strong problem solving skills.
• Drug Testing and Child Abuse clearances required.
• Travel between offices is required.
