We own & manage more than 400 units. Our styles range from converted Victorian houses, apartment buildings, and townhouses.

Most of our locations are recently updated. Most feature hardwood floors, air conditioning, dishwashers, modern kitchens, and updated bathrooms. Some of our properties feature washer & dryers in unit, but nearly all have them on site.

We offer a professional maintenance staff, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. Maintenance calls are not a "problem" to us, we welcome your call.

We do accept cats in some of our locations, subject to an additional fee. Unfortunately we do not accept dogs at any of our properties.
