The candidate must be Customer-oriented attitude, ability to professional communicate. Looking for a local candidate. Summary: Seeking a Windows 10 Deployment Specialist for their IT Service Delivery Team to support their Appalachian Mountain Business Unit (AMBU) in Coraoplois, Pennsylvania. The Windows 10 Deployment Specialist will have the opportunity to work with a team of 5 full desk side support personnel. This position has the potential to extend upon worker's performance. This position is for a Windows 10 Deployment Specialist. Selected personnel will be working with the local IT Support team, and upgrading 300+ computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10. This also includes migrating personal network drives to Microsoft OneDrive. The project plan has been built out, and many resources and tools are available to help aid this process. Imaging of the Windows machine is almost fully automated. The deployment specialist will also meet with each customer (before and after deployment) and follow a pre-built checklist to ensure the deployment is executed properly. Existing IT staff will train the specialist and be available for guidance. Required Skills: * 2-4 years experience of Windows 7/10 deployment and application installations * Basic troubleshooting of Windows 7/10 * Ability to communicate professionally with business personnel and local IT team * Knowledge of Microsoft Suite 2016/365: -Outlook -Excel -PowerPoint -Word - OneNote - OneDrive * Application installations * Installing and troubleshooting desktop hardware * Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems * Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions * Conduct remote troubleshooting * Record technical issues and solutions in logs * Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel * Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional * College Degree highly preferred, but not required * Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role * Customer-oriented attitude, ability to professional communicate #CBRose# Send me a reminder to complete this application Rose International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
