Ensure daily customer service requirements and carrier utilization plans are met with respect to performance and profitability.Dispatch shipments to motor carriers by following customer service requirements and carrier utilization plans to achieve performance and profit objectivesMonitor and ensure shipments are confirmed picked up and delivered as scheduledMonitor carrier performance and report carrier failuresMaintain productive working relationships with customer representatives, motor carriers, and PLS employeesMaintain and manage accurate records and submit them in a timely mannerOther duties as required by business needs or as assignedMinimum RequirementsPC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred), communication and organizational skillsPrior experience in truckload freight shipments Minimum Qualifications BachelorA?s Degree or work experience in related fieldPLS Logistics Services is An Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer and participates in the E:Verify Employment Verification Program.
