About the Job

Service Coordination includes the primary functions of providing information to participants and facilitating access to, locating, coordinating, and monitoring of needed supports for waiver participants.

Bachelor's Degree required, at least one year experience in this or similar field preferred. Experience in HCSIS or SAMS is a plus.

This is a work from your home office position. Must have Windows 8 or higher and Microsoft Office. Reliable car is needed and much of your time will be spent in other people’s homes. Essential to enjoy meeting people in all different kinds of environments and not be allergic to dogs or cats.

Part-time leading to full-time. We are currently looking for someone in the Pittsburgh area and surrounding counties.
