Paris 66 in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Pastry Chef to prepare wide variety of French-style desserts, including macarons, caneles, gourmet cakes, ganache, meringue, croquembouche and chocolate artwork.

Plans and supervises production of pastry production workers, orders supplies and equipment, overseas production for banquet and retail outlets.

Must have two (2) years of past experience in the position offered or as a Master Chef in making of macarons, gourmet pastries and caneles.
