The Application Deployment Engineer II is responsible for the implementation of TeleTrackingA?s solutions. As a member of the Solutions Center team the Application Deployment Engineer II works directly with Technical Project Managers and Service Managers to plan and implement the technical aspects of on premise and SaaS based implementation projects and or services engagement. The Application Deployment Engineer II works closely with client personnel and exercises substantial discretion and judgment to successfully deploy TeleTracking solutions.Responsible for deploying our TeleTracking on:premise and Saas based solutions, delivering a fully functional solution to our clients and solution validation teams. Review and executes technical project plans to ensure the IT related deliverables are aligned with implementation project plans and are within the technical specifications of the solutions being implemented. Provide consistent updates throughout the life of the projects to clients, project managers and services leadership regarding the status of the deployment. This includes identifying potential roadblocks, risks as well as solutions to mitigate these issues.Provide feedback to technical project managers and services leadership regarding process improvements, improvements to our technical project plans and documentation.Responsible for updating and documenting client configuration information in our client configuration database during and after each deployment.BS/BA in computer discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Associates Degree in Technical, Computer, MIS required.MCSE, MCDBA, MCP, A+ or equivalent a plusWindows, Networking, ADFS, SaaS5+ Years supporting and deploying SaaS based applications.3+ years in an IT position, supporting networks, hardware, peripherals, telephony, paging, wireless technologies and complex software applications.2+ years supporting Microsoft SQL Server database environments.Experience working in Healthcare IT.Experience migrating on:premise applications to SaaS based :depth expertise in hardware, software and SaaS that provides foundation to quickly learn and understand proprietary software products and technical architecture.Excellent customer relation skills.Ability to work independently on diverse problems and manage multiple project assignments.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.High degree of reliability and assertiveness, self:motivated and proactive.
