Provide customized, proactive technical support to designated client accounts. The Technical Account Engineer works collaboratively with CSMs, Account Managers, TeleTracking support engineers and Services Management to ensure that proper decisions are enacted to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently as possible. The Technical Account Engineer will demonstrate the value of TeleTracking services and work with the account team to meet strategic account goals. A Technical Account Engineer will support multiple accounts. This role will include approximately 20:30 travel.Maintain technical relationships with client account contacts through consistent communication on new developments such as software releases, new products and product anomalies.Act as a corporate post implementation technical liaison between the client and TeleTracking.Consult on application configuration and workflow issuesManage escalated client needs within TeleTrackingWork with the respective engineering groups to identify and prioritize issues.Develop an in:depth knowledge on the solutions and architecture of assigned accounts.Lead technical assessments and recommendations with assigned clients.Provide documentation and client account overviews to the TeleTracking services organizations. Work with the client to develop proactive system maintenance and monitoring best practicesLead services review meetings with the client on a frequent basis.Lead quarterly service reviews on:site with clients to demonstrate the value of TeleTracking services.Work with CSMs to achieve the account management strategic objectives for assigned accounts. Develop and provide executive level communications on a regular basis for each assigned account.Three years experience supporting an enterprise application softwareDemonstrated technical leadership role.Works cooperatively with a variety of individuals Creatively and independently resolves issuesAdjusts to abrupt changes in workload or working hours as necessarySolid client relationship skills and an ability to excel under pressure Skilled at gathering information and making informed decisions without close supervision EDUCATION:BS in Computer Science or a technical degree with equivalent work experience.
